Gulf Coast Recovery Capital

Located in New Orleans, Rebirth Capital is dedicated to fostering economic development in the Gulf Coast area. The firm has received three allocations of New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC) from the US Treasury Department totaling over $120 million in a highly-competitive process. The firm's NMTC funds are for use in low-income communities (LICs) in the Katrina Gulf Opportunity Zone (GO Zone), Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Texas.
